      Sever,

      Lost,

Nobody thought he could beat Roddick, Ljubicic and Nalbandian. I guess we'll wait and see! Whatever happens, this guy is a winner already! :^)

      Jaguu,

Another tag? Uh oh, better go check! And thanks, I rooted for your guy too, so maybe next time!

You can imagine how excited people are here!! One Cypriot friend commented cynically that until about a week ago, Cypriots weren't at all interested in tennis, and had no idea that they had anyone playing in an important match. Now they all want to 'own' Baghdatis! If he wins tomorrow, there'll be cheering and fireworks and who knows what...

      Sue,

I can well imagine how it is back home :^) Probably people all over the island going crazy! Well, we deserve a celebration! The kid is doing great. I so hope he wins tomorrow... But whether he does or not, he's already a hero. Go Marcos!!

      Thanks for stopping by :^)

      Lost,

Yup, well, he's got a long way to go and he made us all proud :^) And I was surprised at 6K number, I thought it would be like 60 or so. We are hardly a tennis nation..

      Vio,

      Thanks. He did.

      Lost,

What allegiance? I used to think my parents were the only couple playing tennis in Cyprus. Now I know there are other players. How nice!

      :^)
